Nancy Thedinga
Co-Founder & Hearing Health Advocate
With over 20 years in the medical field and 15 of those in hearing care, Nancy leads with compassion, experience, and a deep belief in the power of better hearing. Her approach is warm and personal, treating every patient like family and supporting them through each step of their journey. What drives her most is the joy of helping people feel more connected to life again. When she’s not at the clinic, Nancy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, relaxing by the pool, and catching live music around town.
Co-Founder & Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
TJ brings over four years of experience in hearing healthcare to Hear Now. He graduated from UNLV with a BA in Social Sciences and started his journey as a technician before becoming a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and earning National Board Certification. Thoughtful and patient-focused, he listens closely to understand each person’s unique hearing needs. Having seen the effects of untreated hearing loss in his own family, TJ is passionate about helping others reconnect to the world around them. Outside the clinic, he’s a dedicated sports fan who rarely misses a UNLV basketball or Golden Knights game.
